Why this space matters

The new Beal Homes HQ is more than just an office – it’s a purpose-built environment designed to inspire employees, welcome customers, and reflect the values of a growing, forward-thinking business. Across open-plan workspaces, collaborative zones, and the customer-facing Design Lounge, the flooring needed to support comfort, quality, and sustainability - while feeling calm and cohesive throughout.

The brief

Hull Flooring was engaged to deliver high-quality floor finishes throughout Beal’s brand-new headquarters in East Yorkshire – an 1800 sq meter facility designed by Chameleon Business Interiors.

Our task: install commercial-grade, carbon-conscious flooring across a wide variety of workspaces – including open offices, client zones, private meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. The final finish had to be durable, comfortable, visually refined, and aligned with the project’s wider sustainability and wellness goals.

Making it work

Working as part of a larger delivery team, Hull Flooring coordinated our installation to meet programme milestones and maintain quality across a complex layout.

We installed a selection of low-impact commercial flooring products including a mix of carpet tiles and luxury vinyl supplied by both Milliken and Interface, zoned to suit different uses and traffic levels. With the space designed around biophilic principles and wellbeing-led working, flooring had to support acoustic performance, visual warmth, and day-to-day durability.

This was a flagship project for all involved – and we delivered with precision, professionalism, and pride.
