Commercial Flooring Installer – Hull & UK Projects
About the Commercial Flooring installer role:
You’ll work on a wide range of commercial projects across the UK, installing vinyl, carpet, and laminate systems to the highest standards. Our work takes us into spaces that matter – schools, hospitals, offices, and community buildings – so precision, professionalism, and pride are essential.
What you’ll do:
Install a variety of flooring materials, including vinyl sheet and tiles, carpet tiles, broadloom carpet, and laminate.
Apply smoothing compounds and site-formed skirting.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with site managers and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance across every job.
Travel and stay away when required.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience installing commercial flooring systems.
A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and commitment to doing things right.
Flexibility to travel and work out of town when needed.
Based within an hours travel of Hull.
A full UK driving license and CSCS card (required).
NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (preferred).
